2.    Jawab  dalam  Bahasa Melayu atau Bahasa Inggeris.  /  Answer in Malay or English.

3.    Muat turunkan templat tugasan versi bahasa yang berkenaan daripada MyVLE untuk penyediaan dan penyerahan tugasan anda. Tugasan anda hendaklah ditaip dengan menggunakan Times New Roman fon saiz 12 dan langkau 1.5. baris/ Download the language version of the assignment template concerned from the MyVLE for preparation and submission of your assignment. Your assignment should be typed using 12 point Times New Roman font and 1.5 line spacing.

4.    Tugasan anda hendaklah antara 2500 hingga 3000 patah perkataan tidak termasuk rujukan. Bilangan perkataan hendaklah ditunjukkan di hujung tugasan anda. ASSIGNMENT QUESTION

 

Objective:

The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners’ analytical skills in addressing issues related to significant utilization of nursing theories in nursing practice.

Synopsis:

A nursing theory is a set of concepts, definitions, relationships, and assumptions or propositions derived from nursing models or from other disciplines.  Nurses frequently used nursing models which are often influenced by their nursing practice in various discipline. For example, a nurse working in psychiatric ward will likely use nursing theories that focus on the relationship between the nurse and patient, while a nurse working in rehabilitation unit will use theories that help the patient become more independent.

Requirement:

Identify ONE Nursing Theory of your preference and critically discuss the significance of utilizing this theory in nursing practice by emphasizing its integration in nursing process
